Jonathan is great! We called after we discovered possible asbestos as part of a bathroom remodel. He provided great information and advice. He was super responsive throughout and was able to quickly get it tested and do the abatement. Also charged a very fair rate! Would highly recommend working with Daytona.

This is completed by taking tiny pieces from the area and material we want to know has potential asbestos. It is then submitted to an approved lab to give a % of how much asbestos or if non-detect.
We use a 10x10 cm square template and use a gauze soaked in lab grade methanol. After testing we submit it to an approved lab for a reading in UG (micrograms) to find if over the state limit of 1 UG or if non-detect.
Any mold can turn black over time. No one knows if what you are seeing is mold until confirmation sampling is done, and an approved laboratory can verify. We are happy to get testing completed!
